All ownership and intellectual property rights in the Software and any derivative work(s) shall remain exclusively with the Licensor and/or its licensors.

The Kyocera ECOSYS M6230cidn is a reliable printer that is constructed with high-quality materials, ensuring durability. Its duplex printing feature and fast printing speed make it a convenient printer for office settings where time is of the essence. Its N-in-1 and N-up printing features provide flexibility to reduce paper usage and save resources. Licensee may not decompile the Software except and only to the extent that such activity is expressively permitted by law. Licensee may not alter any brand names, serial numbers or other characteristics identifying the Software or any other legal information. We tested the Cloud Direct apps for Dropbox and Google Drive which allowed us to log in to our accounts, browse our cloud repositories and print selected files. We also tried the Cloud Connect app which we used to print documents from and scan directly to our Google Drive and Evernote cloud accounts. The license will automatically terminate upon any transfer of the Software to a third party. The transferee will be regarded as a Licensee in the meaning of this contract.
Apple AirPrint allows full colour, top-quality printing from iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads directly from within many Apps available from the Apple App Store. In the event of termination, Licensee must destroy the original and all copies of the Software and/or Documentation and certify the destruction to Licensor. Licensor grants Licensee a license to use one copy of the Software on one or more computers connected to an original “KYOCERA” printer, copier or multifunctional device. Use means any permanent or temporary use of the Software and includes the storing, loading, installing, executing or displaying of the Software or the processing of any data contained therein. The Software may not be used on any other hardware unless such use is granted by a separate license agreement. This Agreement governs the contractual relation between Licensor and Licensee with regards to the contractual obligation established by this license. There are no further agreements. Any prior contracts or agreements are null and void upon acceptance of this Agreement. Subject to the limitations and exclusions of liability below, the Licensor warrants that the Software will materially conform with any documentation that accompanies it and with any written descriptions provided by the Licensor.
