About this deal

The world's best family board game brings you another exciting edition of Monopoly - London Underground! Who loves whom? Who despises whom? And who, pray tell, has committed a social faux pas so ghastly that it might as well be a crime?

Was there a song in this season you were adamant about being included and fought for, or one that you’re proudest of getting into the season?Adopting a color-blind approach to casting, the show doesn’t just toss a nod to inclusivity; it grabs the concept with both hands. As Bridgerton showrunner Chris Van Dusen tells Tudum, “I chose all of these songs for very specific reasons. Each one is incredibly powerful and deeply emotional in its own special way. I always try many different songs for any one scene before landing on the perfect one to use. This season, I couldn’t be more thrilled about our musical playlist.” QUEEN CHARLOTTE: A BRIDGERTON STORY (COVERS FROM THE NETFLIX SERIES) FEATURES A STUNNING NEWLY RECORDED REIMAGINING OF “IF I AIN’T GOT YOU” BY ALICIA KEYS Sony Music Entertainment today releases two albums of music from Netflix and Shondaland’s new series and the latest in the Bridgerton universe, QUEEN CHARLOTTE: A BRIDGERTON STORY. Available everywhere now, Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story (Covers from the Netflix Series)features a brand-new reimagining of “ If I Ain’t Got You” by 15-time GRAMMY Award-winning artist and global superstar Alicia Keys. The captivating new rendition, “ If I Ain’t Got You” (Orchestral Version) by Alicia Keys featuring Queen Charlotte’s Global Orchestra was recorded alongside a 70+piece Global Orchestra, made up entirely of women of color. A powerful companion video for “ If I Ain’t Got You” will be released on Netflix’s YouTube channel. In the chaotic whirlpool of modern life, an escape hatch appears on the small screen—a Netflix sensation called Bridgerton.

So it is with great pleasure that Tudum can reveal the official list of instrumental pop covers of your favorite songs that will be featured in the upcoming season of Bridgerton, which premieres March 25 on Netflix. Now, who wouldn’t want that on their shelf? Unveiling the Bridgerton Funko Pops List for this year’s release: As you may recall, the string quartets of Bridgerton Season 1 delighted the ton with renditions of Billie Eilish’s “Bad Guy,” Ariana Grande’s “Thank U, Next,” Shawn Mendes’ “In My Blood,” and, lest we forget, the Duke of Hastings and Daphne Bridgerton’s honeymoon montage set to the sounds of Taylor Swift’s “Wildest Dreams.” What’s the fuss? What catapults it beyond the orbit of routine binge-watching to become a cultural magnet? It’s time to dive deep. Bowers is responsible for this cover of the 2019 song by British singer-songwriter Celeste. It also plays in episode five, during a particularly— ahem—climactic moment in Daphne and Simon's relationship. "Wildest Dreams" by Taylor SwiftWere there any artists who reached out and specifically said, “Please include my music in the next season?” We see the cast dancing in many balls throughout the series. Does the cast know what songs are going to be playing during their pivotal dance moments? Do they ever suggest any songs for you to take a look at? In a blend of Regency elegance and contemporary pop culture, the 2023 Bridgerton Funko Pops are set to charm fans like a debutante at a London ball. You might ask, what’s all this commotion for small vinyl figures? The tale seems familiar, a story of London’s elites looking to wed their daughters off to men of status and wealth. Bridgerton portrays intimate scenes with a nuanced blend of humor and arousal, keeping things heated yet respectful.

The album further features the series’ six signature instrumental covers of modern pop songs. From creator, writer and executive producer Shonda Rhimes, Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story is available exclusively on Netflix now – WATCH HERE. The Bridgerton Funko Pops (2023 Release) have arrived, and they’re turning heads faster than a scandalous waltz at a Regency ball. Marrying the enchanting world of Bridgerton with the undeniable allure of collectible figures, this new lineup offers fans a unique way to bring home a piece of their favorite series. Here’s a way to relish the drama, love affairs, and even scandals of Bridgerton without getting your hands dirty with the ink of Lady Whistledown’s journal. I am very excited for everyone to hear these songs. I really hope that they enjoy them. Reach out to me and let me know what’s been your favorite. I honestly just can’t wait to see the fan reaction. I will! If Alanis Morissette was like, “I love the use of ‘You Oughta Know’ on Bridgerton,” I think my mind would be blown. And I would be like, “Oh my God, I can’t believe this.”Unlike some other series where nudity may be jarring or overdone, the steaminess heightens the romance, lending weight and excitement to relationships we’re already rooting for. Moving on to the show’s portrayal of intimacy, it’s safe to say that the birds and the bees aren’t strangers to this Regency world. Season 2 of Bridgerton is upon us, dear readers, and the latest post from Lady Whistledown is music to our ears — literally. Well, a lot of it has to do with the kind of music that Chris Van Dusen gravitates to. And he really loves big pop songs. So we start there and see what covers exist, and what we might be interested in based on the show as the episodes are coming together. And then we sometimes branch outside of pop for some specific moments, based on what comes up throughout the season. But pop is where we start, because it fits the style of the show, and it’s often using these super-recognizable songs that just add a lot of joy, which is what pop does in general. To that end, why do you think these instrumental versions of pop songs strike the right chord — literally — for Bridgerton ’s sonic story?

No, it’s a lush, opulent experience in which every extravagant dress and gilded ballroom seems custom-designed to envelop you in a warm hug of fantasy. With their layers of quirks, the characters keep you invested in a society that’s light-years away from the one you inhabit. Selected items are only available for delivery via the Royal Mail 48® service and other items are available for delivery using this service for a charge. And let’s not forget the casting. Bridgerton has boldly made strides where most period dramas fear to tread.

Reviews

It offers viewers a multi-layered, immersive experience—scandalous yet sensitive, traditional yet refreshingly modern. If I Ain’t Got You (Orchestral Version) by Alicia Keys featuring Queen Charlotte’s Global Orchestra I was a big fan of the Olivia Rodrigo album [ Sour] this past year. And there are some songs on there that I would just love to get in there. I really love the song “Happier.” I thought that was such a beautiful and sad song. I don’t know if the right situation would come up for that, but I think that would be great, or “Traitor.” We did get some Olivia Rodrigo string covers this season, but just didn’t find the right place for them. So, that’s something I would like to include because I just think her songwriting is great and it makes for some beautiful string quartet versions. And there were also some great covers of Doja Cat and Dua Lipa that we got that we just didn’t quite find the right spot for that I thought were really fun, too. But don’t let their cute caricatures fool you; they encapsulate the essence of a show that’s anything but superficial.
