About this deal

At Vegan Supplement Store we fully endorse and recommend a varied diet full of whole foods, minimal processed foods and plenty of fresh fruit and vegatables daily. We've even produced our own healthy vegan recipe books to make it easier to prepare healthy plant-based meals. However, we also understand that not everyone likes spending time in the kitchen - or indeed many do not feel they can spare the time to prepare meals on top of a full-time job, parental responsibilities and many of the other stresses of modern life. That's why we conducted our own research to discover the highest protein plant-based foods available in the main high street shops or online. Our Granose Meat-Free Burger Mix is great for making delicious burgers. Serve with crisp salad and sweet potato wedges. Sosmix is a vegetarian sausage mix that has been around almost as long as there have been vegetarians. Dried Soya Protein (50%) [Defatted Soya Flake, b Malt Extract], Palm Oil, Rusk [Fortified Wheatflour ( Wheatflour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt], Flavourings (contain Wheat), Stabiliser (Methylcellulose), Rice Flour, Salt, Soya Flour, Yeast Extract (contains Barley), Sunflower Oil, Dried Onion, Onion Powder, Barley Malt Extract Powder, Maltodextrin, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)

I once thought I’d completely ruined this, as I’d burnt the outer edges of the sprouts early on, but I mixed them up, added a bit more water, mashed them a little and kept going. Everyone at the table loved them and had seconds. Best idea, however, is to do what I don’t do… Make these once before the special occasion so you feel confident on the day! Equipped with a shopping list of all these potential plant-based protein sources, one might think it simple to add these into your daily diet - and this is true, especially if you're fond of cooking.

Roast Potatoes– Forget everything else, what makes a roast is roasties! Loved by everyone, great cold later on, or in a Spanish omelette the next day. I keep mine really simple… Gravy– Good gravy is a must. It ties everything together and is essential for mashing roasties into! This is my ‘go-to’ recipe:

Given that there are now thousands of plant-based products available we sought to focus on those that have the highest protein content. But that's not all we looked at. 300+ Sources Of Vegan Protein And Their Calorie Content We have also found several health food stores selling sausage mixes with the label “sosmix” but its not the original Sosmix so beware of imitations like the Granose or Suma sausage mixes.

In Conclusion

Form into sausage or burger shapes & fry gently in a little oil until golden brown or bake on a tray in the oven. Despite this research and the increasing popularity of plant-based lifestyles, people will continue to ask "Where do you get your protein?"
