Overall, VAPORESSO did a good job upgrading on their LUXE XR with the XR MAX. It comes with a much larger battery and has enough power to give a good DL vape, which makes it a good on-the-go device without being too big. It can also do a good MTL if you buy the MTL pod and coils for it. Another great device by VAPORESSO and a meaningful upgrade over the original. The DTL pod has a wide-bore chimney for increased airflow and is pre-fitted with a 0.2ohm GTX mesh coil while the RDL pod has a narrower chimney design and is pre-fitted with a 0.4ohm GTX mesh coil. They are designed to be used with high VG e-liquids and shortfills. As to the benefits of the XR over the X, I would say there’s a couple,the obvious less wasteful replaceable coils for one but also the large range of the GTX coils gives you more options to play with.I will be trying a 1.2ohm coil in mine next.
