This water deionizer comes with a four-foot hose, cap and plug for travel, and an easy-to-read TDS meter. The TDS meter is handheld and digital for error-free reading. The Aqua Gleam Filters have organic media which changes colour as it absorbs impurities. You will see this colour change as an even line working its way up the filter. As you get to the end of the filters' life you may start to see the odd spot here and there. Even when the filter is "spent" it can still act as a good filter for the larger sediments which can cause swirling when drying a car. I’ve been plagued with water spots after washing my car in the hot weather so I decided to try a water filter. Initially, I was going to buy an Aquagleam but then I saw the Raceglaze version which is refillable. I tried it for the first time today and to say I’m impressed is an understatement!
