We see Horus through various eyes, and most interestingly we see him as he sees himself in first and second person passages that convey the Horus that was, is and threatens to be. First up, Guy Haley’s Skarsnik and William King’s Angel of Fire were this year’s Reader’s Choice winners and you’ll be able to pick them up in 2023. He's tried to harm the Emperor and bog him down with how saturated with warp energy the Vengeful Spirit is, however Malcador says that's like throwing fuel onto a fire.

The End and the Death Volume II is the second part of Dan Abnett’s final Siege of Terra saga, and it is being released in a lavish Special Edition that features faux leather effect covers, with an inlaid metal emblem, gold gilt page edges, and a red-brown ribbon bookmark. Elements of the story that are 30 years old, or came out of the Collected Visions and the rest of the Heresy are brought to life, fleshed out – given context and shape and sense that they’ve always lacked. There’s a few minor and some major characters that could do with wrapping up or at least positioning before the final showdown.
