The exercises and expert guidance enabled me to ‘drill down’ to my inner most thoughts and beliefs, and examine them, allowing some to be released and new ideas to begin to formulate. But above all, Siobhan’s experiences on the road have taught her new life lessons – and reminded her of some of the older ones. In 2019, after selling most of her possessions and putting her old life into storage, she hit the road in her new motorhome to begin a retirement less ordinary, travelling the country defying stereotypes and spreading a positive-ageing message.By believing and manifesting that we have already received what it is that we want, our mind cannot reject that reality.
