Also the bits when Alexander was trying to talk to Hazel made me cringe, but I’m SO SO happy they’re together. I’ve grown up with Daisy and Hazel and their stories have introduced me to other amazing mystery authors such as Holly Jackson and Agatha Christie. I have loved every book in the series – I think my favourites our DITS ,MAM and FCM (and DSS of course). That means only one thing … some of you will have FINISHED the book, and if you have I’d love to hear what you thought of it!I was really sad when I saw Hazel had crossed out Vice President, but I was really happy when I saw that my favourite book series wasn’t ending, just starting fresh! I thought the title and cover design/colours tied in perfectly with the book and the fact that it was the end. It soon becomes clear to Daisy and Hazel that the victim's timid daughter is being framed - and they begin to investigate their most difficult case yet. I am happy we will see them but I hope we see quite a bit of them because they are the OG detective society! Daisy once ate the mistletoe berries that were decorations for Christmas at Fallingford and got sick.
