About this deal

Our version of green seasoning is most likely of a Spanish influence (I find it very similar to Puerto Rican Recaito) and shared with the other ethnicities on the island where it took on a life of it's own. I’ve marinated my duck with it and will keep it in the fridge overnight and cook it down tomorrow 🙂 Trini Curry Duck—yummy!
