The pineapple-flavoured bottling is said to have hints of coconut, caramel and lime, and a nose of pineapple, coconut, and raisin ice cream. The palate delivers pineapple, caramel and cinnamon, followed by a finish of fruits and spiced oak. It is suggested to be consumed neat, over ice, or mixed with cranberry juice. First, fill your shaker about three-fourths full of ice cubes. Then pour in your banana rum, fruit juices and grenadine. Combining a flavourful core of aged rum from Barbados with hibiscus, orange blossom, and honeybush, Suncamino boasts layers of silky sweet caramel and floral fruits – plus the distinct character of the honeybush make this a unique little treat. On the nose: the rum is sweet and fruity, bold banana flavours (foam banana sweets, warm banana bread topped with brown sugar), lots of sweets flavours (chocolate limes, cola cubes, candy floss), subtle cinnamon and vanilla.
