About this deal

Can you tell me about a specific metric you’ve used to identify a need for change in your department? Did you create the metric or was it readily available? How did this and other info influence the change?

I did love parts of this book, don’t get me wrong and I love love love the author and she was someone I wrote down in my “5 people who inspire you” list, I just wish this book dove deeper into the science behind manifestation whilst weaving in the 7 steps. An empowering and clear read, filled with helpful exercises, the book explores everything from your inner child to daily rituals, stepping outside your comfort zone and how to stop caring about what people think' VOGUE Tell me about a problem you had to solve that required in-depth thought and analysis. How did you know you were focusing on the right things? Walk me through a big problem in your organization that you helped to solve. How did you become aware of it? What info did you gather, what was missing, and how did you fill the gaps? Did you do a post mortem analysis and what did you learn? So, join us as we deep dive into a book. Yes, we will be learning. We will be doing it through play, exploration, and discussion. Benefits of Rereading and Going Deep Into a BookThere are many ways to understand a business deeply. In this article, I’ll focus on the following principles: Whether you’re developing a new strategy or trying to achieve a specific objective, everyone in the organization should be included in discussions and decisions that could have a big impact on their work and the business. This is a key tenet of the Dive Deep leadership. Note that this leadership pricinple can be exchanged with Deep Dive depending on the usage. It all means the same however! What does the Dive Deep leadership principle mean? I feel like I am having to do damage control for manifesting. There are loads of misconceptions and I think it does give it a bad name," Roxie explains. But, the coach says you'd be forgiven for being skeptical about manifesting: "I understand though. If I hadn't delved into it, if I was on the outside and watching some of the videos on TikTok then I would probably be a sceptic, too. We can have this same experience with a great book. Instead of diving into the ocean, we can dive into a book. Yes, we can take a book dive. We go deep into the story. Look around and study the gorgeous art within the book. We savor the words over and over. Play and discover alongside the content from the book. And, most importantly we gather inspiration and dream of possibilities.

On the surface, this seems like a pretty clear direction. Leaders should be deep in the details and not just manage by zoom. Despite all that, I love her ways of talking about emotion and comparison in step six. As we always live in a culture of comparison, envy/jealousy must be something that takes a toll on us. Dealing with hostile emotions is a process for us to learn to validate those feelings so that they won't negatively impact our manifesting process. Although step six just sounds verbal with no practical practice, it does pique my attention with her inspiring words. Each chapter is filled with simple and inspiring exercises designed to cultivate self-awareness, reflection and growth, empowering your manifesting process even more. With that all being said, if you are a beginner to self development you’ll love this book as it does make it very simple and broken down for you, however if you’re someone who understands gratitude, how to connect your behaviours to your thoughts / actions and vice versa, has awareness over the things that drive your choices etc etc this book may not fully resonate. To Dive Deep, you must be curious and willing to ask questions. You also need to be able to listen and learn from all kinds of people, whether they’re your peers or managers, employees or customers.

She adds: "I can only do what I can to spread my message and the people that want to hear it and are open to it will benefit from it and the people that don't won't. It's as simple as that. I'm not here to try and convince anyone of anything," Roxie adds. For the uninitiated (sorry, do you not live on TikTok?) manifesting is a practice that encourages people to harness positive thinking to achieve their wildest dreams. Essentially, manifesting says that if you think positively, you will operate on a high vibrational plane, which will encourage positive things to come your way. Yes, it sounds totally woo-woo, but boiled down, using mantras, channelling positive thinking, and developing gratitude are also methods that form part of some more traditional therapies. If you have a favorite restaurant, chances are that you have been there multiple times. We like to experience our favorite things over and over again. Reading great books is no different. And, there are some awesome benefits to rereading a book too. In the last couple of years, amid a renaissance of astrology, tarot, self-improvement, and journaling, manifesting has returned to the fore. On Tik Tok, #Manifestation has a staggering 24.8 billion views, with people claiming to have visualised all manner of things from life partners to jobs to holidays, houses, pets and even bank balances into existence. But, says Nafousi, this isn’t the intention of the practice. She makes no secret of her irritation at how the practice has been warped by social media messaging that prioritises an ever-materialistic capitalist view.

Books Multibuys

This is the time we should be clear with our visualization. More details, the better! That should consider your first step. The author presents seven unique stages with some critical questions in each stage for you to answer. Manifest showed you it's possible to change your life. Now Dive Deeper will show you every step you need to take to get there. For those who are open to the power of manifesting, Roxie's new book Manifest: Dive Deeper will support you in taking your self-development practice further.
