Another thing I would recommend is Koch Chemie PlastStar (PS), but it's a solvent type dressing, not water based, probably not what you're looking for. They specifically state it can be used on rubber seals, inside and out. They also do a PSS which is silicone free, but haven't tried it. Shake well and apply to clean interior plastic, rubber and vinyl surfaces. Do not apply to any driving controls, steering wheels, pedals or floor mats. For hard to reach areas, spray directly onto a cloth or Perfect Polish Applicator to avoid overspraying.
