I didn't read instructions, as I'm a lone wolf type, real man's man, and just threw some in a pint glass and tried to mix with a fork and that didn't work well. Put in a shaker and it was fine. You have to let it settle to go "clear" but you know the raspberry and cranberry taste amazing. Better than and cordial juice I've had. I read a lot about creatine so decided to add this to my post workout shake. So goes into my protein shake every workout. Mixes well and I'm using the no-flavour one so don't even taste it in the shake.
