This high-end duffel is extremely roomy, durable, and comes with tons of organization. Time and time again, we’ve loaded an entire vacation’s worth of clothing and gear into the Osprey with ease. Unlike cheaper wheeled duffels that have a tendency to fall over when full and upright, it maintains its stability nicely, and the larger-than-average wheels get the job done on uneven surfaces like cobblestones and gravel roads. And all of the other features are there, from external compression straps to tighten down your load to a separate lower compartment for wet gear. It’s important to remember that this bag is water-resistant and not waterproof. While it will protect your belongings if you get caught in a rainstorm we can promise it won’t be as effective if you submerge it with water. The high-quality zippers are easy to grasp, opening and closing seamlessly. They’re not the kind to malfunction or break easily.

The Transporter’s main compartment isn’t flashy (there are a few features), it’s mostly just a big space to put all of your stuff. The Osprey Transporter is made with tough TPU laminated 800D nylon, which makes the bag capable of withstanding some tough love from traveling. The base is constructed from the same material making it incredibly durable. Like on its other products, Osprey splashes its name around this bag. Look for a 2.5-inch logo in the top center of the bag’s front. The Osprey name is also on the straps and plastic zipper pulls. Another logo without the name is on the bag’s rear, and Transporter is printed in all caps at the bottom of the front of the bag. You never know when someone walking past will want to know what bag you’re sporting and be too shy to ask. A fabric tab at the rear says Global Carry-On. In love with this bag so much, that I almost immediately went out and bought the 40L version for smaller trips as that is perfect for hand luggage restrictions.
