Zelos Nano Mod is easy as pie I seem to get a decent amount of battery time from each recharge (a single charge lasts just over a day), and it takes about 90 minutes to get to the point where the smart-chip automatically cuts off the power, so as not to overcharge and damage the battery; in fact the whole chip system is perfect for us novices who can barely remember Ohms Law from our high-school physics lessons, lol. It ensures that no matter what resistance level of coil I install, the maximum power levels can then be calculated & supplied, based on whatever wattage level I select. Clever stuff! The threads on mine, are as I’ve mentioned, a little crunchy, and being small means you have to be careful getting them to bite – plenty of reversing is key! The body of Zelos Nano mod with teardrop form factor is premium aluminum alloy; it has been polished, sandblasted and anodized with a multilayer procedure, to obtain a pleasant appearance with high-level, high-resistance finishes. In addition to providing a pleasant touch, its compact size contributes to exceptional portability. On the smallest setting, it’s a VERY tight MTL,a 9 on the DD-Drawometer, and then at the largest I would say around a 5, so a true MTL tank. Filling is slightly annoying due to the space you have, using a 10ml nic salt bottle was ok but anything bigger and you may struggle. I only used the 1.0ohm mesh coil as I’ve used the 1.8ohm before and I am not a fan, but that doesn’t matter as that new Mesh 1.0ohm coil is all you need! With amazing flavour, the vape was smooth, and it is probably one of the best Aspire coils in a tank that I have ever used. As I contracted covid during my timetrying the kit, the tank was left with liquid in it for a few weeks and I was amazed that there were zero leaks. Even in use and after filling, I had no leakage or bubbling, just a good vape. It comes with a replaceable 510 drip tip, but I really enjoyed using this, I had no need to change it.It’s the perfect shape for me, and for MTL it is spot on. I think it’s fair to say it’s extremely rare to find a bad build from this company and the Aspire Zelos Nano kit is no exception…the mod any way. As always, remember to prime new coils. Place a few drops of vape juice in the coil, install the coil, fill the tank and wait five minutes before using. This ensures the coil is saturated and avoids getting dry hits. The x2 buttons have a nice throw to them and apart from the x3 power settings lights – there’s a tiny LED that lights when vaping and shows the juice left in your battery.We recommend using this kit with either a 50/50 e-liquid or high PG option. It also works very well with nic salt and standard e-liquid. Choose from a wide range of genuine Aspire vape hardware, including the UK’s first compliant 3500 puff disposable vape, the BEAR + Aspire R1! The Aspire Zelos comes with both an auto wattage detection mode as well as a bypass mode. Its auto wattage mode automatically detects and sets the best power for the coil’s resistance. Plus, it’s compatible with all Aspire Nautilus coils and includes the pre-installed 1-ohm mesh coil, 1.8-ohm BVC mesh coil (included with kit). This means there’s no need to remove the tank when topping up and there are no more messy refills.
