I got the small cover with the top box as I want a top box somewhere down the line & I do have the top box plate on already. The cover feels and looks good but can't comment on the water resistance or heat resistance yet as not been on long enough. The elastic string tie around the bottom works well and with 2 little bungee straps through the holes at each end and round the wheels keeps it nice & neat but even with the strap that goes underneath I don't think would stop the wind getting under it so if your like me & likes to put a couple of straps around it, I think that would rip it as it very tight already or you leave the strap lose but that would be pointless.
