About this deal

The only downside to a rubber bass drum pad is that you’ll get more noise compared to a mesh bass drum. However, mesh bass drums are not really an option at this price range (for comparison, Roland’s KD-140 mesh bass drum pad is worth more than this entire kit!). Designed to match the feel of an acoustic drum kit without the noise, these double ply mesh heads are quieter than other electric drums and are built to be noticeably quieter when played. Perfect for those early morning / late night practice sessions. Also ideal for keeping the neighbours happy! It feels surprisingly close to an acoustic drum set. It isn’t overly loud, and finding a decent tone is a breeze since there aren’t many features to get lost in. Learning an instrument teaches children and adults alike the skills of discipline and determination. There’s nothing quite like the enjoyment and pride you feel when you accomplish a beat or groove you’ve been working on. That success is what spurs you on to continue progressing. The TD1DMK continuously supports students as they develop the concentration, patience and physical strength that comes with regular playing.

The pads also respond to the subtle nuances in your playing by detecting the dynamics of your hits which are faithfully relayed for an authentic, naturally expressive drum kit sound. From quiet rolls to full-on hits the TD1DMK perfectly replicates your expressive dynamics. When it comes to effects, some of the built-in drum kits have extra reverb added, while some are much more dry (and this can’t be changed either). One thing you can do is change the volume levels of each drum and cymbal, which helps with getting a more personalized balance. Light, Heavy, Funk, and Percussion presets mostly change the ambiance rather than completely altering separate parts’ tones and feeling more structured than the rest. Advanced drummers will feel at home playing the TD-1DMK, as long as you don’t expect advanced features from the module. Drum Sounds & KitsThe CY-5 Hi-Hat is 10 inches in diameter and fixed but can be controlled with a pedal to switch between fully closed and half-open modes. Accessories - Setup Guide, Owner’s Manual, Safety Leaflet, AC Adaptor, Special Connection Cable, Drum Sound Module Holder

A TD-1DMK ütőfelületek csendesebbek más elektronikus dobokhoz képest, így nem korlátozzák a gyakorlásra szánt időt. A kétrétegű hálóbőrös ütőfelületek és a lábdob is elnyelik az ütéseket, ami minden V-Drums esetében érzékelhetően csendesebb játékot garantál*. A TD-1DMK folyamatosan támogatja a gyermeket a koncentráció, kitartás és fizikai állóképesség fejlesztése terén a dobolás közben. While most are flimsy and sound barely better than electronically connected pans and pots, Roland’s TD 1DMK offers a good tone and superior sturdiness at a decently approachable price tag. The main reason why this drum kit stands out among its similarly-priced counterparts is that Roland’s professional drum makers engineered, designed, and ultimately manufactured it. The most notable feature of this kit is its small size. It’s incredibly compact, allowing you to move it around a room quite easily while all the pads are still plugged in. This makes it an ideal option for drummers with limited space available. Regarding the cymbals, Roland opted for CY-5 Crash and Ride, 10-inch cymbals known for their excellent endurance. Sound Quality: (7/10)Mesh pads are quieter than rubber pads, and they feel better when you play them. This is a huge plus for the TD-1DMK, since many other low-price electronic drum kits usually feature basic rubber pads. There’s nothing inherently wrong with rubber drum pads, but mesh pads are a very nice improvement. Speaking of which, fifteen songs encompassing several different genres have been included in the module. The drum pads are highly adjustable, allowing you to feel as comfortable as possible with your setup. They’re also tunable, meaning you can change the tightness of the mesh head to feel as tight or loose as you want it to. With hardware sourced from ZEN-Core, the base of TD-1DMK stands firm and gives the kit some much-needed stability. b) You shall not loan, rent, lease, sublicense or transfer the SOFTWARE, either in whole or in part, to any third party. State-of-the-art technologies operated by skilled hands paved the way for a good-sounding set, and today’s review aims to test how well it performs. There are a few things to note, though. Since this is an entry-level electronic drum kit, there are a few missing features. Compared to most other electronic kits though, there’s definitely nothing ground-breaking happening with Roland’s TD-1DMK module, mainly because you cannot create your own kits from the built-in sounds. You’re simply limited to the 15 preset kits, and that’s it. In no event shall Roland Corporation be liable to end-users for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to financial damages for any loss of profits or information arising from the use of, or inability to use this updater. The foregoing provision is effective even if Roland Corporation has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In terms of upgrades, you can add an extra cymbal pad if needed. You also have the option of buying a completely different drum module if you really want to upgrade the sounds and features. Since all of the drum pads are mesh with the Roland TD-1DMK, upgrading the module is actually a more viable option compared to most other cheaper electronic drum kits. Once you get into more advanced territory, you’ll definitely want mesh drum pads, so starting out with them here is a big plus. Keep in mind that replacing the drum module is still quite an expensive thing to do, so you might be better off looking at a more powerful kit right from the beginning if you think you’ll end up replacing the TD-1DMK’s module. Roland TD-1DMK: Is it a quiet electronic drum kit?

When your child learns a musical instrument, they also learn about life. Along with discipline and determination, the sheer enjoyment they’ll get when playing drums is priceless. Developing accurate timing and keeping a solid beat are fundamental elements of drumming, and the TD-1 module’s onboard metronome and 10 coach functions show your child how their timing skills are improving. The game-like experience of the coaching functions means that although they’re learning, every session is fun and engaging. Melodics for V-Drums, a free application for Windows or Mac computers, provides a series of free drum lessons that help develop a sense of rhythm without it seeming like hard work. Overall, the bass drum pad on Roland’s TD-1DMK is another standout feature in this price range. Along with being double bass pedal compatible, it’s great that Roland have included a real bass drum pad here. Many other kits in this price range have a pad-free pedal only, so you can’t actually use a real bass drum pedal. Great work by Roland! Cymbal Pads Instead of focusing on its 15 presets, its strongest feature is the selection of 10 coaching functions, 15 beginner songs, and a basic metronome. Preset Selection

c) If this SOFTWARE contains multiple templates of media (such as floppy disks and CD-ROM) and these media contain the same software, you may use only the one form of media that is appropriate for your computer. You shall not use the remaining form(s) of media on another computer.
