About this deal

All-foam mattresses have an adaptive feel that’s often great at relieving pressure, but they can also retain too much heat for some people. The Silk & Snow Mattress uses cooling infusions meant to absorb and dissipate excess body heat, earning it higher-than-average marks in our temperature neutrality tests. Although cooling was one of the mattress’ standout features, it also performed well in other key categories. We recommend the Silk & Snow for couples who value motion isolation. The mattress absorbed most movement transfer and all noise during our tests. You should notice little to no disturbances when your partner changes positions or gets up at night. The mattress also earned high marks in our pressure relief tests, so we recommend it if you experience pressure buildup in your joints.

Scottish Highlands & Islands postcodes: AB, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE, LL58-LL78, IM, TR, PO30-41 During our testing period, we found the Hypnia stayed a neutral temperature, and we didn't have any issues with it trapping heat. In fact, the only area where it didn't score as highly was on edge support – this was acceptable around the edges, but the corners were slightly softer than we'd ideally like. A strong all-rounder, and an especially good choice for couples. The Nolah Signature 12 is slightly different from the other entries we included on this list. The mattress contains layers of adaptive polyfoam rather than traditional memory foam. This ensures comparable levels of pressure relief without the deep sinkage or excessive heat retention many people dislike about memory foam. Thanks to the polyfoam design, we recommend the Signature 12 for side sleepers and those who tend to sleep hot. In terms of performance and comfort, the Levitex mattress is a contender for the top spot in this guide, but we've settled on #2 for a couple of reasons. The Emma has more of a classic sink-in, slow moving memory foam feel – the Levitex does contour a little to the sleeper's shape, but is more responsive. (Incidentally Levitex is pretty emphatic that this isn't memory foam, but given that there's no concrete thing that defines a 'memory foam', and it's mostly down to how the brand wants to describe it, we think it's fair to include it here.)

It's a fantastic mattress, it's also exceptionally comfy and as someone who is bedbound, I find that it isn't causing any additional joint/limb pain like I was suffering with my old mattress. There's also minimal motion transfer, which is good news for couples, and while the Nectar isn't specifically a cooling mattress it nevertheless provides decent temperature regulation thanks to a cooling cover and gel memory foam. The only real disappointments were its strong off-gassing smell that took a few days to clear completely, and poor edge support that could be problematic if you're sharing a bed.

Please note some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home), it is at the drivers discretion if they can deliver the item to another location on the property. Another great advantage of memory foam is its motion isolating qualities; anyone who shares a bed with a restless sleeper will appreciate how memory foam dampens movement, meaning that you're a lot less likely to be disturbed by a partner who's constantly tossing and turning in the night.

For the price, though, the Nectar Memory Foam Mattress is still a strong option – especially when you factor in the extras, which are the best of any model in this list. As well as a full year's trial (matched only by the Eve at #7) you've got a forever warranty, for complete peace of mind. A mattress isolates motion by absorbing movement and preventing it from transferring to other areas of the sleep surface. Memory foam is considered one of the best mattress materials for motion isolation, so co-sleepers often get the rest they need on these models. Most foam mattresses are also completely silent when bearing weight and won’t produce the creaking sounds associated with innerspring and hybrid models. The majority of today’s memory foam mattresses are sold online, making them more convenient to buy than those sold in stores. Online mattresses also tend to be more affordable than buying one in-store. This is not intended to be a full statement of your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. How To Return A Product Simba made its name with a range of quality hybrid mattresses including the Simba Hybrid Pro mattress, but then went on to add a pair of cheaper all-foam options, of which the Simbatex Foam mattress is the pricier and more advanced.
