Their relationship was hinted at in the first three books, so I was excited to read their story in this final book in the series. If We Were Perfect follows their story as they reconnect and revisit what happened all those years ago. Ana’s characterization in the novel is on point, and allows you to get to know each of these characters incredibly well and is some readers’ favorite part of the novel. Their interactions, wordplay, and conversations help bring them fully to life.
