About this deal

Unlike the other games in the Card-Jitsu Series, penguins fight alongside the other Ninjas against three evil Snowmen enemies. They have a grudge with the Ninjas, because they are doing Tusk's bidding to defeat Sensei and his ninjas, and to destroy the Dojo. The villains are: Our vision for Card-Jitsu is to become more competitive. We are all competitors one way or another, and the base version of the original Card-Jitsu will serve as our benchmark for future iterations to the Card-Jitsu trilogy and beyond. Your progress toward the original Card-Jitsu will determine how you play Water, Fire, and more.

While navigating The Draft, it’s important to note that there are some limitations that you need to work around. For starters, your first six cards will be distributed randomly and will prioritize the lower-value cards. This was done strictly for balancing purposes where if a player is given complete control, these lower-value cards will never be selected. While we want to push for more strategic gameplay, it’s important to retain some of these random features intact so that the gameplay is more enjoyable and the learning curve isn't as steep for newcomers. During the Underwater Expedition, the whole hideout, along with the rest of the island, was tilted to the left. A snowstorm began in the Dojo areas on May 9, 2013. Sensei left on a journey to find the truth behind the storm, and he only left a written note behind: Act Resets also provide us a way to demote boosted or inactive accounts, which further aligns with the competitive integrity of League. In doing this, it allows players to give something to work towards and ensure that statuses aren’t permanent and require maintenance.

In our friend's list it would show that all your friends are members. This glitch also coincidentally occurred at the Card-Jitsu Party 2011.

This room was one of eight rooms to be removed completely from Club Penguin, the other seven being the Sport Shop, the HQ, the Command Room, the VR Room, the Recycling Plant, the Cave Mine, and the Stage. League can be accessed through talking to Sensei inside the Dojo. You will be unable to earn your belts through the Training Mats. League also solves some of the many issues that the original game has had. These issues included: The game starts but it becomes too slow or buggy/glitchy and sometimes stops and you have to log off. There were three ways to win a match. First, players could have the same type of card (such as Snow, Water or Fire), but three in different colors, such as Red, Blue, Green, etc. Alternatively, you could have one of each card, in different colors. Also, if you played a power card with a "No Snow", "No Fire" or "No Water" until the next round and the opponent player had only that element, no card could be placed, thus automatically making you the winner. You could also see how to play by mousing over the question mark "?" during a match. League’s matchmaking system will allow players to be placed in a rank equivalent to yours, with exceptions of matchmaking within a threshold of one belt higher or lower in situations where a match cannot be found within a specific timeframe. League will create a fair environment where skill and mental ability is tested to its full potential. Your Belt progress is calculated through Belt Points which fluctuates based on your wins and losses. Immunity: Remove a Power Card effect that your opponent has dealt toward you and also prevent them from dealing any Power Card effects for the current round.

The Ninja Hideout first opened on November 17, 2008, the same day Card-Jitsu was released. At this time, players had to be a ninja to enter. During Sensei's Fire Scavenger Hunt, construction began in the hideout. Ninja Progress was added at this time. After the hunt ended, the large amulet on the floor was built, but construction for a door to what would later be the Fire Dojo continued for several more weeks. Two weeks prior to the Card-Jitsu Party 2013, it was snowing in the hideout. A week before the party, an avalanche caused snow to pour over the side of the hideout, and resulting in piles of snow around the hideout. Once players had an opponent, they would be taken to the arena, and would bow to each other. Both players had 20 seconds to choose a card. If they failed to choose a card, one would automatically be selected when the timer reached zero. Once both players have chosen a card, they were revealed. The winner kept the card to help make a set. When playing a reverse number card, (the glowing card with a reverse symbol on it) keep in mind that the next card you play will be a low one, say a 2 or a 3. (Or make sure you get a -2 and get any card to beat the opponent)

For Task #6, you’ll want to head to the Pizza Parlor. For this quest, you’ll need to grab the Sushi Master headband and uniform, as well as the Sushi Tray from the interface on the top right. Simply equip those items onto your penguin and press D. Once you’re performing the animation with 10 other penguins in the room, you have completed the quest. Unlike in the previous Card-Jitsu games, penguins did not fight each other. Instead, they raced each other, jumping from tile to tile, to hit the gong before anyone else, using cards to clear the elemental obstacles in their way and/or to sabotage the other players, without falling off the edge of the waterfall. However, some advanced players with deploy a further counter instead of using the Trident, in this case a Fire type card to defeat the Ice type card that Player One use to deflect the high level Water card used for the Trident. Also, some Power Cards have the ability to turn the element it can be beaten by to the element of itself. For those who have climbed to Ninja, you will receive rewards based on your placement on the Leaderboard, and other permanent rewards if you have not already received them. This counter is similar to the Basic Counter, but instead the same elemental type of card as the card the opponent is likely to use is used. This counter is more risky than the Basic Counter, as the player may use a variation of the trident counter and not use one of the cards that will lose to the card that is Mirror Countering, but is less likely to be anticipated. It is used more often than the basic counter at the medium or advanced level of play.
