Support services such as technical support or upgrade support for this product are provided according to the support service policies of Korg’s distributors applicable in each country. Admittedly it’d take up rather a lot of value hp but it could be worth it, as the hub of a system. That said, it’s small and portable, so gigging with it may never be a concern. Korg shall not be obliged to provide support services for any Third Party Software supplied (whether relating to operating methods, defects, or otherwise). You agrees that the express obligations and warranties made by Korg in this Agreement are (so far as is permitted by law) in lieu of and to the exclusion of any other warranty, condition, term, undertaking or representation of any kind, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, relating to anything supplied or services provided under or in connection with this Agreement including (without limitation) any warranty as to the condition, quality, performance, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the Licensed Program and the Services or any part of them. The joy of this sequencer is that as well as the basics like setting pitches, bridging notes and sliding notes, you have more advanced options to really make your music the way you want.Rather than the commonly used V/Oct standard, the CV design of the MS-20 always used the Hz/V standard that provides excellent pitch stability limiting the step sequencers that are able to correctly control the MS-20. As a descendant of the SQ-10, the SQ-1 supports the Hz/V standard, enabling it to perfectly control the MS-20 or MS-20 mini. It goes without saying the V/Oct standard is also supported, and the voltage level of the CV output (*) and polarity of the GATE output can be specified as appropriate for the device you've connected. This versatility will enable you to control a wide variety of other synthesizers as well. In the event that there is any physical defect in the disk (storage device, etc.) on which the Licensed Program is supplied, Korg will exchange the defective disk with a non-defective disk of the same model at no charge, provided that you have notified Korg of the existence of such defect within 28 days from the date you have received the disk, and provided that Korg shall never be held liable to replace the disk or data in the event that the defect is attributed to accident, abuse, misuse or other such causes outside of Korg’s control. It doesn’t even stop there as there are plenty of other features that I haven’t had the space to go into, such as the polyrhythms, ability to play your sequences in quarter notes, triplets and more. Suffice it to say this is a solidly built, comprehensive sequencer that is both musical and very intuitive.
