The biggest doggy daycare centre in the whole of the UK, it offers both indoor and outdoor play areas, as well as classes for dog owners to learn and have fun.

The PAW Centre is a collaboration between the Students' Union, Graduate Students' Association, the Faculty and the University of Alberta and has been designed to promote and foster the health and well-being of the campus community. Centre is open to students, faculty/staff, UofA Alumni, Van Vliet Complex Membership Card holders and Steadward Centre members and family. Facilities, such as the Lilongwe Wildlife Centre have the potential to educate a large number of young people (and their parents), some of whom will go on to fill positions of authority and therefore influence the future of the country and its conservation policies.

Level 1– Hand feeding kibble from the container on the kennel when passing the kennel regardless of the dog’s reaction. This teaches dogs to enjoy people approaching their kennel and they naturally start to ‘present’ themselves well to prospective owners.
