You might think that the color I have the most shades for is olive green, but you would be wrong, even though there are quite a few! The nice thing here is that we have more than a few dupes/similarities. I like that, because then you can select based on what formula works best for you and still get the shade you want.

Always use a freshly sharpened eye pencil in the inner corner of eyes, but dull the tip a bit with your finger. This keeps everything sanitary and safe. Then, just lightly pencil in color along the inner corners. Because that stretch of skin is naturally wet, color won't adhere the same way it does to say, the upper lash line. But after a few strokes you'll have gorgeous definition. A little goes a long way. Stila Moray is a darkened olive green with an olive brown shimmer/sheen. It is a bit greener compared to UD Stash but not as green as bareMinerals 10AM. One thing to note is that some shades are slightly less pigmented than others. For example, I’ve noticed that Fig and Gold Lamé take some building up, while the other colors deliver full pigment in just one swipe. But because they are buildable and you can achieve rich color payoff in a few layers, it’s certainly not a dealbreaker. It will deposit a gorgeous, saturated line of color on the lash line and not bleed into the eye like a liquid liner will.While red-based hues are great for green eyes, purple-based colors also make a fantastic choice. Purple eyeliner, in hues such as amethyst, aubergine, plum, and violet will work best for green eyes. The unique contrast of colors will create a feminine and pretty look and bring out their earthy green tone. By choosing which color eyeliner to use, you can choose which color you want to bring out in your eyes. To achieve this effect, line your lower waterline with a white eyeliner and it will make the eyes seem wider and more open. It can take some practice to understand exactly when is the best time to diffuse the formula without moving it too much, but once you get it, it’s incredibly easy to work with. You can also apply it in a precise line and let it set down if you prefer a more clean, defined look. While I don’t wear eyeliner on my waterline due to personal preference, I have several friends who have raved about how well this liner glides on and stays put in the area.
