About this deal

Looks great with a light hand to add a bit of a glow/definition to the face, and also looks equally good if you want to build it up and use it as a contour.

Have you ever heard or read about a product being possibly discontinued and then gone into a complete frenzy trying to find it? Read more about the condition New: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging (where packaging is applicable). Well that's what happened to me when Elly from Ellysmakeupbag commented to me that the chocolate bronzer doesn't seem to be available anymore in the the country she's in, hinting that it may be discontinued. Honey bronzer used to be readily available in my country, but I guess they decided to discontinue it because people here in general does not use bronzer!

Can be used all year round to give you that healthy-looking glow and give you that holiday feeling whenever you want! The second Bourjois Chocolate Bronzing Powder addition is the Delice de Poudre Bronzing Powder and Highlighter*. I’m just going to throw it out there that the Bourjois Delice De Poudre was one of the very first bronzing powders that I bought and that was around 10 years ago. For me, pigmentation on this product its just medium; if you want more of a darker effect, you need to layer it up.

Its subtly iridescent formula is enriched with flecks of gold for a radiant but non shiny healthy bronzed glow. Up until recently I had never tried the famous Bourjois chocolate bar bronzer and a few people I talked to couldn't believe it, being the makeup artist and beauty blogger that I am! After months of speculation - and of course the near-empty counters that have not escaped notice - it has been confirmed that Bourjois are pulling out of the UK. Highlighters are my top favourite make up product, and white chocolate is my top favourite sweet food, so just imagine a combination of these two haha!Noted that this is a slightly shimmery bronzer - it do not offer much favour in adding depth or shadow to your cheekbones but, I think it is a good sun-kissed bronzer or blush on those days you want to keep your makeup look at minimal. It has little flecks of gold in it which look quite glittery in the pan, but once it's applied to the face, it looks pretty much matte.

With a light hand, it camouflage with my skin probably because I am naturally warm but when I pile it up, it lean too much on an orange tone. The original was very matte, with that amazing chocolate scent and a great alternative to NARS Laguna.

I have literally been in love with the Delice de Poudre Gold Bronzing Powder* and it has giving my skin a delicious golden glow. I first bought it when I was probably about 14, and my main makeup must have criteria were products that either looked or smelled like food.

Im not sure if these are getting discontinued but I think I saw a couple of these at the Target at Broadway. I have a very limited experience with bronzers and contour kits because once I find a product that I like I usually just stick with it. It’s not good if you want something to contour with, but it’s a good affordable bronzer to add warmth and an amazing smell.I never really got on with the original bronzing powder, it just didn’t suit my skin tone that well. I’ve just been trying to soften my make-up lately, make it all dreamy and romantic and shit, and so this look came about.
