About this deal

Titled The Next 365 Days, the third and final instalment in the novel series begins with Massimo opting to keep Laura alive and giving up the child after the events of the second book. Just like with the other books the blurb is misleading: it puts a lot of weight on Massimo's choice to save Laura or the baby, when in reality Laura never finds out he had to do this in the first place! As the wife of Don Massimo Torricelli, one of the most dangerous Mafia bosses in Sicily, Laura’s life is a roller coaster. Whether you think Laura decided to give Massimo another shot, went back to Nacho or perhaps decided to live the single life is entirely up to you.

The third and final book in the trilogy, Another 365 Days, sees Laura and Massimo reunited and trying to start a new life together. Laura's sense of betrayal leads her to run away with Nacho (a change from the book, in which Nacho kidnaps her). There is a boisterous wedding, a husband who will do and give everything for her, pregnancy, gifts and unimaginable luxury: service, cars, seaside residences. Unlike in the movie, Laura is full-on obsessed with Nacho in the book and ends up living with him as Massimo sleeps around. The beautiful landscapes of Sicily, the glamour of Warsaw, and the dangerous world of the Italian mafia create a unique and immersive atmosphere that draws readers in.When the cast reunited to film "365 Days: This Day" in the summer of 2021, author Lipińska posted a message on Instagram sharing that the franchise was confirmed to continue into a third movie, entitled "Next 365 Days. The Next 365 Days," the third book in Lipińska's trilogy, is available to read in English, and may give a preview of what to expect in the third movie. Still, then Laura found out the truth that Massimo let go of their unborn child to save her (which I find reasonable) so she got mad and went back to Nacho, got married, and got pregnant.

That is all that I will say about the plot of this book since I don’t want to give to much away, but it definitely is one worth reading and I enjoyed it much more than I expected. The trilogy is based on the book series by Blanka Lipińska, but it's now clear to see why the official announcement at the start of production on the second and third movies said that they were "loosely based" on the books. And like Laura, she went on life-changing vacation with that boyfriend and another couple to Sicily. Though this kidnapping plot is not in This Day, this could actually be evidence that the movie Laura will end up with Nacho.

Despite the doctor recommending no intimacy until she has time to heal, the sexually frustrated Laura seduces Massimo during one of his business meetings. I suspected the gifts wouldn’t stop coming anytime soon—that my man wouldn’t stop showering me with presents—but I hoped against reason that this one had been the last. The movies are adapted from bestselling novels by Blanka Lipińska, a Polish makeup artist-turned-author. Under the belief she lost it naturally, she spirals into alcoholism and becomes increasingly bored and dependent on Massimo, which affects his work. Worse, her best friend has blindly stumbled into the fray, becoming yet another target for rival mafiosos eager to topple Massimo's criminal empire.Laura w książce nie jest feministką, nie ma swoich własnych pieniędzy, nie jest samodzielna i godna podziwu. Before "365 Days" was the ultimate guilty pleasure movie trilogy on Netflix, and before it was a series of bestselling books in Poland translated in languages around the world, it was a fantasy that lived in Blanka Lipinska's head. Nacho reveals that he saved Massimo's life because he knew Laura loved him, and though he is also in love with her, he will wait for her and not force her to be with him. In the second book we are introduced to Massimo’s evil British twin, Adriano, which sounds like a dream come true if you ask me. During the trip, she is kidnapped by Massimo Torricelli, a handsome and powerful Italian mafia boss who gives her 365 days to fall in love with him.

Laura admits to being stupid only to gush about how smart she is in the next scene - she had the idea to google what do to if she's pregnant but had no idea after pills exist. She goes to Egypt and is upset she can't dress like a slut because of the difference in religion/laws.

You might be disappointed to learn that in the second book Laura is kidnapped by another man (yes, really) and she falls for him too (yes, really). When Laura brings up her affair with Nacho, Massimo explains that his father taught him about the value of not forcing love. Her trilogy has been translated in almost thirty languages and sold in over a hundred countries worldwide with millions of copies in print. When he saw that woman alive and in his city, he kidnapped her and said he would keep her for 365 days and if she wasn’t in love with him by the end of that time, he would let her go. After many 365 Days viewers criticized the first movie for the problematic elements of having Laura fall in love with her captor, her leaving to be with Nacho would allow the less troubling relationship to win out (even if the movie Nacho has his fair share of blood on his hands, too.
