It is worth noting from the off that this set does not include a doll, the doll in the pictures is from the above set. Please note that the Baby Annabell Milly Feels Better Doll that's mentioned in this post was not sent to review, however, with it being the perfect doll for the scanner (with her poorly red cheeks and reacting to the medicine spoon) I thought it was worth mentioning so you can see them both in action.

The scanning unit has a hand held scanner you can unclip from the unit, when the unit is turned on and the yellow bar on the scanner pushed down it starts making scanning noises. Holly couldn’t wait to start playing with Baby Alexander and instantly started feeding him just like a real baby. The scanner makes a variety of noises including some which sound like talking in a foreign language, but I think it’s just to sound like talking so it works it all countries, I’m pretty sure it’s not an actual language.
