About this deal

Does lionsgate now own clerks 1 because clerks 1, 2, 3 are going to be available in a box set, if so maybe clerks 1 and 2 will get uhd blu rays.

For the week that ended on December 10th, Paramount Home Media Distribution's Top Gun: Maverick topped both the the Blu-ray-only and overall packaged media charts for the sixth week in a row, tying the longest record since Paramount's Sonic the Hedgehog spent six .

The scene that has been referenced as being more blue than red was taken from the original three-strip Technicolor negative. When Randal survives a type of heart attack known as “the widow maker” because 80% of those who suffer it die, he decides that he has wasted his life talking about movies when he could have been making one. A love letter to Smith’s oeuvre in so much as he homages scenes, lines and characters from a myriad of his previous works. Eli Roth: Ranking the Films of the Horror Icon Godzilla Minus One and the Essential Toho Godzilla Movies Who is the Best Final Girl in Horror? I certainly like the movie for being Clerks III, but I love it for showing the growth of these characters.

It should be noted that the audio commentary has been programmed as its own separate version, meaning that none of the other audio or subtitle options are available while listening to it. Clerks 3 feels like Smith saying thanks for letting him create this world, for sticking with him and these characters over the years. Dante is meanwhile dealing with the death of his love Becky (Rosario Dawson) and their unborn child, both of whom were killed in a drunk driving accident years before. The result is a surprisingly poignant, sometimes even dark, film that's brimming with life and love. Lifelong fans of the film will know, of course, that this is how the planet should look in the film. There’s a thread that runs through Clerks 3 post-Randal’s heart attack, as Randal plucks from conversations he’s had, he’s seen or he’s overheard, to craft HIS story, HIS movie. It comes to Blu-ray for the first time with a pleasant presentation that features a healthy bitrate and a strong encode, even if the visuals aren’t always that impressive.

There’s also the 75-minute We’re Not Even Supposed to Be Here Today: 3 Decades of Clerks, which takes us through the history of the trilogy. Like Woody Allen, he has made a nice living out of making movies that don’t have to gross north of a billion dollars worldwide to be profitable. activity is consistent and well handled, but the actual "Atmos" elevated effects may not be completely mind blowing. Running 96 minutes, it’s an in-depth look at the making of the film from beginning to end, and it starts with a version of the story that was almost made several years ago.Whether it works tonally is another matter, but it’s so well done and so effective with astonishingly strong performances and visuals that it makes up for any of the film’s shortcomings. And unlike his previous film, Smith doesn’t overload it with “For the hardcore fans material”, either. It’s small tidbits of information that devoted Smith fans, myself included, will pick up on and that makes this film resonate much, MUCH, deeper with them. In all seriousness, I hope it is at least 4 discs total, so that Clerks 2 still includes the bonus features disc. From the outside looking in, naysayers might consider a third bite at the Clerks apple to be unnecessary.

The acting is as uneven as ever, but Clerks III has its heart in the right place, and if you’re part of its intended audience, you’ll enjoy the ride. Keep in mind that it's home video sales that made Clerks III possible in the first place, so here is your big opportunity to support Smith's work. Like the second film, I didn’t quite expect the film’s third act to really hit emotionally and remind us of the better work Smith always shows signs of being able to pull off. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. As you might imagine, it’s a fun track that has Smith playing host to a raucous discussion about a wide variety of topics, many of which even relate to the making of the film. The Warner Archive Collection has just brought the original King Kong (1933) back into print on Blu-ray. On the other hand, you could look at it as Smith leaning into the movie universe that has carried his career, giving us another chance to spend time with some great characters. However, Dante has reservations about the project, in particular the part at Mooby’s, given what happened to his wife (Rosario Dawson) and daughter.
