About this deal
All these comments were directed to me at a time when I wore undergarments designed to reduce my bosom (somewhere between a binder and a bra) and they made me very self-conscious. Cleavage has no place in an office for all women, of course, but for busty women this may mean you need to invest in some camisoles or demi camisoles.
When I was trying one of my finished tops on to show a friend she remarked that I could only wear it because I have a small chest. But let me be clear at the outset: there’s nothing inherently unprofessional about being busty — women come in all shapes and sizes. I wore them anyway, and immediately regretted it if I was hurrying down the hallway without a folder to slap to my chest — and I’ve experienced that awful moment at work where you bend over to get something, and stand up and realize your bra did not make that trip as well as you’d have liked. When I design garments, I take all those things into consideration instead of just zeroing in on my bosom and figuring out how to accommodate it.And you can wear this top anywhere, a musthave tank top for every fashion woman or girl, cute flowy tunic tops for ladies, it will make your clothes more attractive. Cut 6 pieces of equal length yarn (about 3 feet) and tie in a knot with about 2 inches of loose yarn at the end.
As busty individuals we know that the old adage of “One Size Fits All” is a big lie, so I cannot tell you what your preferred fit should be.
I am not here for body-shaming, and any comments about ‘real bodies’ or ‘real women’ will be moderated. It’s definitely a made-up dress code but also seems to fit perfectly since you’ll be wearing glitter keds! Scoop necklines, square necklines, draped, and cowl necks are also ideal for large chests and bigger busts. If you need help determining your body shape AND learning how best to dress it, this post is a great place to start!
