The NUTRIBULLET RX features a ‘SouperBlast Mode’; a seven minute heating cycle that turns your vegetables into delicious piping hot soups and sauces. Its footprint on the counter is actually relatively small, but it’s tall, which could be problematic if you intend to place it beneath wall-mounted cabinets. When the largest cup was filled to capacity, we ended up with a silky–smooth mixture in just 30-40 seconds. What’s more, unlike the classic smoothie cups, the blender jug is also suitable for puréeing hot foods and liquid. We pulsed two sticks of celery and a carrot and found that food was simply blown out to the edges, meaning scraping down the sides was necessary.It has one see -through container for juicing, as well as a stainless steel container with lid and drinking spout, which can be closed to avoid spillages. If you are a regular reader, you will know how much I love soups, so I was very keen to try out the “ SouperBlast Mode” which promises a nutritious meal in seven minutes, using either raw or pre-cooked ingredients. It may be small, but this mighty hot and cold blender opens up a whole new world of opportunity in your kitchen.

I got it as a Christmas gift, but unfortunately, I already have a blender and don't need an extra one.
