About this deal

The Magigoo applicator allows the Magigoo adhesive to be applied in a single pass and with high precision, achieving an even application over the entire printing surface. The Magigoo PP is designed to be used exclusively with Polypropylene filaments ( PP, XSTRAND GF30-PP). Magigoo HT is the professional solution for printing and removing filaments such as PEKK, PEEK, PEI and its variants with carbon fiber or glass fiber easily from the base.

Magigoo PRO PPGF is the stronger cousin of Magigoo PP, offering stronger adhesion for the stiffer reinforced polypropylene blends. Magigoo is produced by Thought3D Ltd (T3D), a company with a passionate team situated on a small sunny island in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea. As soon as you have at least 20 spools, you glue the boxes with duct tape and when you send them to us via the Mailbox, we will drop the transport. Using this product with other than PC type filaments might cause over adhesion and damage your build surface. Magigoo PP offers a strong and convenient bonding surface for PP materials without the need to apply tapes or other coatings to the printing surface. The part should be relatively easy to remove once it has cooled, and the adhesive residue can also be easily removed. I've been using this stuff round the clock for about a month now, and have absolutely nothing to complain about. However, the real magic begins when the impression is ready: letting the impression cool allows you to remove the part effortlessly.

They mention that it works a treat, significantly increases the chance of good first layer, and is absolutely fantastic. In addition the Magigoo PA facilitates the separation of the piece once the base is cooled, needing a simple stop to remove the piece. The previous generation adhesives were in spray format, which need to be sprayed with the base outside the 3D printer to avoid damage to the components of the 3D printer, pollute the environment and are annoying if used in closed places. This means that the expensive sheet needs to be removed very often and also incurs a lot of post processing and cleaning. Not sure how many can be done before cleaning off (with just water) and re-applying but I suspect quite a few.The Magigoo 3D Printing Adhesive is a revolutionary new product, which acts as an excellent adhesive for your prints when using heated beds. It only remains to extend the Magigoo through the area where the piece you want to print will be printed.

Magigoo magic begins once the base reaches a certain temperature (40ºC for the PLA or 90ºC for the ABS), this product adheres the piece to the base with such force that it could be " printed with the 3D printer upside down". As the composition of each plastic is a little different, the ideal settings for MAGIGOO PC may vary. Certain manufacturers have improved the printability of PC by the use of plasticizers or blending with other materials. The adhesion to the printing surface is too important to ensure that the print job has the best quality and avoids printing issues like warping. For printing repeatedly and reliably remember to apply Magigoo PA on your print bed before printing in nylon filaments.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Sometimes these materials can either be combined with other polymers or reinforced with glass or carbon fibres. PP is a material widely used in the industrial sector as it is a semicrystalline polymer with good impact resistance and ductility. Just a little tweaking to find the best adhesion print settings for your printer, and your prints will come out perfect, every time.
