I have used World of Bears a few times and one occasion my notelet message was not correct and they telephoned me straight away and put things right, perfect, thank you. We liked the darker hands in the picture but the hands are not darker green in the one we've received.We think that these puppets are great' value for money, they are also really easy to operate and slightly lighter than some of the other large' puppets making them perfect for younger or less experienced puppeteers.
