Also the book felt like not the first book like she just expected u to know what all the high fantasy words meant and there was all this backstory u were probs meant to kno but didnt make sense so just was rly awkies.

Said to be tall, with gleaming dark hair and mesmerizing blue eyes, and speaks with a French accent.The storyline just didn't flow as naturally for me as most, that being said I think it was that there was so much back story and characters being introduced that it just seemed a lot - but I did like the overall story and these characters. He nearly falls victim to Lascaris's spell, but his interest in Piper made him resist Prue's advances. After working several uncreative jobs, and one super creative one, she decided to become a full-time author and now spends the majority of her time between her children, and writing the weird and wonderful stories that pop into her head. I am giving it three stars, as I didn't hate it and found it reasonably entertaining, but I won't be rushing to continue the series.
