I have 3 beautiful daughters with amazing hair, and over the years doing their hair has become our bonding time.

Perfect for walks in autumn and spring or for an extra layer in bed at night when the heating goes off. She was photographed in my studio at Madaboutgreys Photography, probably one of the tiniest dogs I have ever photographed – my face and camera were literally pressed on the floor to get low enough for her photographs! I took a much needed afternoon off and sat in the sun and read a book while the dogs played in their doggy pool. They start out similar to the post I did on the Madonna ponytails but they are wrapped just a little different.

FOOTNOTE: Flossie are her pups are number 4 in my Boho Babe of the Month project which I’m running jointly with Doggy Boho, to help overlooked and needy sighthounds find loving homes. They may look made for snow, but Newfoundlands are such apt and strong swimmers they were once required at lifeguard stations along the British coast. The hounds got Charley Chau faux fur throws in the exquisite oatmeal colour last year and it was the most popular gift ever.They bring so much joy into our lives, it’s only natural to want to incorporate them into special occasions like your Bat/Bar Mitzvah.
