In Bullwood women’s prison in Essex, Lisa and Michelle wait impatiently for their case to reach the court of appeal. Their father ran a small cleaning business, so they had the equipment, and they needed the extra cash. John was found to have a cast-iron alibi for the murder (having been at work at the time) and so was eliminated from inquiries. Little can be determined about the attacker from the nature of the wounds, which depend a great deal on the weapon; and the weapon in this case was never traced.
