Shake, strain, serve in a Collins glass over ice, topped with soda and garnish with maraschino cherries and a twist of lemon peel. These which are peeled, stoned and processed in house (on average 11 whole lychees make their way into each bottle) before they are added to a gin recipe that includes Italian juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, liquorice root and lemon peel.
