About this deal

For true believers only, a lavishly illustrated volume by the world’s most distinguished dragonologist. The illustrations are absolutely gorgeous and there are loads of little extras like fold out maps, flaps to look under, secret codes and even stroke-able textured skin samples with added glitter and sparkle. Dust Jackets are not guaranteed and when still present, they will have various degrees of tear and damage. Please help to demonstrate the notability of the topic by citing reliable secondary sources that are independent of the topic and provide significant coverage of it beyond a mere trivial mention.

The book is vastly illustrated and contains a number of smaller, additional texts and tactile ‘specimens’ such as dragon scales, wing membrane, and dragon dust. Celebrate 20 incredible years of Ology with this special edition of Dragonology - the journal of dragonologist Dr Ernest Drake. All used books might have various degrees of writing, highliting and wear and tear and possibly be an ex-library with the usual stickers and stamps. Helen Ward (Illustrator) Helen Ward trained at Brighton School of Art, under the direction of well-known children's illustrators such as Raymond Briggs, Justin Todd and Chris McEwan. The publishers would eventually publish books with similar themes on the topics of wizardry, Egyptology, pirates, and monsters. For fleshing out your idea of dragons for your fantasy art or novels, it's perfect, and anyone with artistic sense will adorable the effort put into the illustrations. But if you're willing to let go of the resentment at that, or if you just read it for the fun of it, it's great.

The mechanism for this is little understood, but it seems to occur in a similar way to that seen when a snake hypnotises a frog. Once upon a time, I had aimed to collect all of the Ologies ever published by the magical Candlewick Press; Dragonology, Egyptology, Wizardology. They're just so much fun - kind of like pull-outs/pop-up/puppet books all in one, and aimed for the older reader. Keeping mum about this being fiction was kind of like keeping her believing in Santa Claus or the tooth fairy! It is surprisingly in things like the development of dragon embryo's in eggs and different tracks left by different dragons. The Ology World series are beautifully illustrated fantasy books presented like they were encyclopedias with letters and flaps and folds galore. He has written more than 100 books for Templar, including 11 titles in their hugely successful 'Ology series. Books in the series are credited to fictional authors such as Dr Ernest Drake, a member of the Secret and Ancient Society of Dragonologists, and the author of the series' first book, Dragonology: The Complete Book of Dragons.
