The wire rack functions as a stand for the reversible grill plate as well as a toast rack, having enough space for bread to be inserted into its slots. The air fryer monitors the internal temperature and cooks steak just to your taste, from a juicy medium-rare to a deliciously charred well done. As with a regular oven, the shelf closest to the top of the fryer cooked faster than the lower two, so it took two rotations to make sure every shelf got some time at the top of the oven.Accessories are plentiful, comprising three air-flow racks (which allow you to cook food on three levels at the same time), a rotisserie fork with handle, 10 skewers with rotating wheels, a wire rack, a reversible grill plate (functions as a hotplate and a griddle), two heat-proof silicone mitts and a drip tray.
