The head rest is pretty useless as it doesn't tip forwards, so unless you lean your upper body right back and away from your desk you can't use it, I've taken to having a pillow behind my head so it'll reach. With a few minor improvements, such as enhanced seat cushioning and more padded armrests, this chair could become even more exceptional.
