We would suggest using the larger balloons to create the base of the shape or your organic arch, tying the necks together securely and then the smaller balloons to create the organic shape. To secure balloons to the arch tape, you take the knot and pass it through the larger end of the hole (looks a bit like a keyhole) , then pull it across to the smaller side and secure it with some glue dots between the balloon and the tape.
