XL Pressure Cooker is an 8qt multi cooker with three functions: Pressure Cooking, Air Frying, and SteamCrisping, under one lid. The lid will lock and not able to be opened when the SmartLid Slider is in the Pressure position (position 1). When the unit is done releasing steam through the pressure release valve and your display shows "OPN LID", you can move the SmartLid Slider™ to the Combi-Steam or Air Fry/Hob position to unlock the lid.

Press the up or down arrows on the right of the display to adjust the cook temperature and/or pressure level.

The product temperature can be adjusted in 5 degree increments and when testing the brand’s US recipe suggestions, the cooking temperature was converted to Celsius and rounded up. You can even set the desired temperature at the start of cooking and the Foodi will beep to let you know when it’s done.
