The MM712 Wired model appears to be quite similar to its wireless sibling in terms of features and sensor, but it is limited to a maximum 1 kHz polling rate. Even with the hump closer to the back of the mouse, vertical micro adjustments are still doable and comfortable. The Dream Cables' usb-c paracord cable does fit into both wireless CM mice' charging port on that note. The MM712 also has basic RGB lighting configurable within MasterPlus+, which also has all the other usual customization options. For those of you who use your FPS mice as an all-in-one then you'd probably like it, but I prefer to have slightly heavier, more tactile scroll steps.
For a wireless gaming mouse, you’ll have a harder time spending less for the same amount of features and performance. The MM712 is the next evolution of our first popular lightweight mouse, leveled up to lightweight prestige. Coating is also somewhere between the MM731 and Razer's Viper V2 Pro / Deathadder V3 Pro - has a slightly chalky coating that out of the box reminiscent of the newer razer mice, but as you hold onto it, sticks to you a bit more, which is how the 731 felt to me after extended use. This is all true whether you’re using a wired or wireless connection too, which is a wonderful thing.

One thing people were worried about was fingers getting pinched by the RMB, and I don't think this will be an issue for most people. lbs) without using that love-it-or-hate-it honeycomb shell that most lightweight mice like the MM711 use. The DPI button has been moved to the bottom of the mouse to avoid accidentally changing DPI levels during intense gaming moments.The only noticeable dip in performance came when using the Bluetooth mode, but it’s only relevant if you’re playing an FPS game, or something else fast-paced. Contrary to the MM731, this one has full-white sides as well as gray side buttons, which is the reverse.
