The spotlight is like a police light with a huge throw, so i can see any wildlife that might be out there in the dark. The Makita DML186 18v LED Torch has 6 high-efficiency LED lamps for long continuous bright illumination, long life and low battery drain. It is powered by 18V batteries with high brightness neutral white LED’s providing a maximum 1,250lm. Its lack of a defined hot spot lets you use it in closer quarters without creating a squint-inducing reflection.but I am a bit concerned about the strength of the plastic lens itself (just have to be careful when throwing it in your work bag). The light color is pretty close to neutral, perhaps turning just a touch to the blue side of the spectrum. The 3 stage switch allows the user to select full 360° brightness with 20 LEDs, half 360° brightness with 20 LEDs or top. If you want to hang it from joists, pipe, conduit, or other materials, you can wrap the strap around a wide range of materials and cinch it down to match the thickness.

This light eases the workload with no trouble for me to see my projects, it takes inadequate light out of the equation with a many hour long run time. and 18v LXT batteries with a long-distance beam of up to 640m and a maximum brightness of 1,250 lumens.
