The Gx Like Down and Superlux Pillows are slightly less high at 29" x 9" x 8" (approx 74cm x 48cm x 20cm) but still fit a standard UK pillowcase.

If you do want to machine wash the pillow please do so on the gentlest cycle available and leave to dry naturally or tumble dry on the lowest possible heat setting.
