To make this festive treat, Leicestershire's Bond Street Distillery steep their London Dry Gin with traditional Mince Pie fruits and spices, such as sultanas, currants, apple, orange zest, cinnamon, cloves, allspice and nutmeg. It's a smooth mix of festive flavours including cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, sultanas and cherries with subtly sweet orange. It is made with sloes, dark chocolate, treacle, ginger, orange, cherry juice and an array of festive spices, such as cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. Although a high-strength gin, it doesn’t overpower with flavour, in fact it’s extremely palatable and highly drinkable.
