This is the first picture-book I have read from author/illustrator Anik McGrory, and I found her artwork quite appealing. I thought the illustrations were beautiful, and the story was simple enough for all ages to follow and appreciate. Juniper Foxx is a celebrity on Instagram and by far one of the cutest of the internet foxes we’ve found.

It does remind Christian readers of the big part that animals play in the Nativity story, and adds an often-overlooked and persecuted species, a fox, as well. Very prettily illustrated; it caught my eye because the little fox's face reminded me of that of my youngest cat - so cute! While the other animals spread the news and prepare to greet the new baby, the little fox is preoccupied with other pursuits and mainly interested in having fun.With fresh local produce this good, our aim is to let the ingredients be the star – and yes you will taste the difference.
