About this deal

Made from plastic and stainless steel, this Ninja blender has a basic bullet-style make-up, whereby you place your chosen blending cup on top of the power unit with the bladed base screwed on. Forget about having to scrape down the sides or manually mix your concoctions up, because the Ninja blender has a clever “pull-down” mechanism, and will choose to pulse the mix instead of going full throttle. Excellent power, dishwasher-safe parts and a redefined base that offers more Auto-iQ programmes makes this one of the best all-round blenders I’ve tested. Ninja also prides itself on the fact that this blender can cope with some serious ingredients without rattling away on your worktop, or having to be held in place. We really love the Ninja foodi nutri 2-in-1 blender, and has completely replaced our Nutribullet in our affections.

For a lot of jobs, I preferred to use the Auto-iQ programmes, which allowed me to walk away from the machine while it was blending. Rather than dedicated buttons for Auto-iQ, there’s now a selector dial, which gives the front of the blender a more attractive look. Adding to the coconut flakes, I put in pineapple chunks (including the core), mint leaves, yoghurt and coconut milk. What stands this blender apart is that these preset programs are fulfilled in a variety of blending phases and pauses, so the 60-second blend program varies its speeds – similar to they way you would manually when pulsing. With a powerful 1100W motor, this easy to use blender can deal with just about everything – but it’s super loud. Previous Ninja blenders have been good, with the main difference between models being the accessories that ship alongside and the Auto-iQ programmes available. We used a variety of ingredients to see how it fared against its competitors at chopping up hard fruits and veg, blitzing up nut butters without getting stuck, and put it to the ultimate test with ice cubes too – while sticking within the manufacturer’s specifications on quantities and the like. Exclusive to Ninja, these intelligent programmes are tailored to deliver the perfect results at the touch of a button. When making smoothie bowls, add as much frozen fruit or vegetables to the max fill line in the bowl if you prefer a thicker smoothie bowl.

Ninja Blender with Auto-iQ BN500UK | Ninja Kitchen UK

Packed with power and offering Auto-IQ presets, Ninja's 2-in-1 blender is a versatile blender made for daily use and keeping on the countertop. Using the Blend option, I ended up with a perfect smoothie: you can see small chunks of coconut and traces of mint, but the overall drink was smooth, free of large chunks. The foodie power nutri 2-in-1 blender is a hugely powerful, intelligent and slick-looking blender for not too big an outlay.Ensure you rinse the blade and jugs directly after use to avoid food drying and becoming stuck to the sides – which would make the unit more difficult to clean. And, make light dips and dressings as well as finely crushed nuts, seeds, and ice to a super smooth finish – perfect for taking on-the-go. We check each blender to see what it's like to assemble and use, including fitting the jug or cup to the base, putting on or pulling off the lid, how heavy the jug is and the control panel. You love drinking smoothies on the go: The Ninja Blender with Auto-IQ BN495UK offers an easy way to make delicious cold drinks with minimum fuss. Next, there’s the new 400ml Power Nutri Bowl, which takes the same blade assembly, but also has a storage lid.

The control panel has one of the sleekest designs we’ve seen, with buttons evenly spaced and easy to comprehend when you’re in a hurry. A nice recipe booklet also accompanies the blender so you've got inspiration from the off to set it up and get blending. Today, we have millions of users a month from around the world, and assess more than 1,000 products a year. Admittedly, you’ll be running this blender for only short periods, but it’s not pleasant to stand next to while it’s doing its thing. Nothing we tried was any problem for this super powerful machine, and we whipped up smoothies in seconds using massive frozen berries, ice cubes, carrots, nut butters and more without a moment’s thought. If smoothies and healthy blends are your mainstay, then this is the first blender we’d suggest, for sure. You needn’t limit yourself to fruity things either – we made a tasty guacamole and blended a veg soup just as we would with any other blender. The main difference between the cup and bowl is that the bowl has Smart Torque, where you turn the dial on top to move the paddles around the inside of the bowl, preventing sticky ingredients from attaching to the sides and, therefore, not mixing properly. The package also includes secure spout lids that attach to the serving cups for easy transportation.

Ninja CB100UK Foodi Power 2-in-1 Nutri Blender

The Ninja Foodi Power mixes and blends so you can enjoy dips and frozen yoghurt as well as smoothies. Sporting a sophisticated black and dusky grey body, it comes with two BPA-free Tritan single-serve cups that are dishwasher-safe. The frozen fruit for the super berry smoothie needed additional liquid to get going but blitzed easily in under 20 seconds. All parts are dishwasher safe, so cleaning up is easy, and the anti-slip feet stop the appliance from moving during use.You want to blend soups: The USP of the Ninja Blender with Auto-IQ BN495UK is its ability to make silky-smooth cold drinks. Use the 400ml Power Nutri Bowl to create thick textures, from smoothie bowls and nut butters to pâté and frozen yogurt.
