About this deal

By far my favourite celebs, two amazing guys whose friendship is amazing to see, which is why I got soooo excited when I heard this book was coming out and was ecstatic when it arrived on my doorstep! PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase this title, the accompanying PDF will be available in your Audible Library along with the audio. The toll of the arrest and subsequent conviction took its toll on their friendship and they have admitted that they "considered splitting up".

Even in a passage about how Simon Cowell got egged on live TV, the only thing we learn is Ant and Dec couldn't believe Simon Cowell got egged live on TV. I think I've watched all the interviews with them on youtube and I bought and finished Camp David last week (I'm still thinking if I'll do a review on that one, it's just so sad). I've liked and followed Ant and Dec since SMTV and I've read an actual hard back book on their life, but this audio book was fantastic. Listening to Once Upon A Tyne makes you feel the lads are really just chatting to you and you only, telling you about their life and times of grown up together in the entertainment industry, I think mainly because they are not just read their book they actually speak off the cuff, elaborating on the story they are telling at the time, with Ant’s comedy timing and Dec’s hearty laugh, this audiobook brought me laugh out loud moments and tears to my eyes with heart felt emotional words between them both. Listening to their banter and hearing them laughing and giggle their way through it made it all the more enjoyable.

They presented Pop Idol for two years, before it replaced with The X Factor and Kate Thornton took over. In December 2001 Ant and Dec decided to leave ‘SMTV: Live’ and ‘CD:UK’ for pastures new — Saturday Night TV. In this chapter Ant and Dec talk about meeting various members of the British Royal Family at various moments in their career, and particularly HRH Prince Charles.

and rlly i should thank lily that i got to gain all this great information- i’ll be able to appreciate saturday night takeaway in a whole new light now that i know everything about it and how they come up with the ideas for it. As time went on filming Byker Grove, both Ant and Dec became fascinated with how the production of a TV series actually worked. I recommend this book as it tells about the unique story of a couple of lads from Newcastle, UK who became best friends and business partners, and about their unique friendship. The two-parter saw the Geordie boys go back in time to discover all about their families - and even ended up being distantly related to each other! This was more like an ongoing conversation between the two of them than a traditional autobiography, but I liked the format as it was almost like watching them on the tele! It's full of backstage stories and gossip of our 30 years working together and it's very good isn't it Dec? Their book and their prerogative of course but it would be interesting to get some deeper insight into the shows in their career that didn't go so well.

It was a great day when they met because they didn’t know it then but they made a lifelong career decision that day. This time the talent would be of various acts — from magicians, to singers, to choirs to comedians, and other types of variety acts — that Britain, and the world, had to offer. years in showbiz and hopefully they have 30+ more together with another book to talk about that time. In this programme celebrities are sent to the jungle and do tasks to win food for themselves and their camp mates.Ant married his former PA Anne-Marie Corbett at St Michael's Church in Heckfield in Hampshire on Saturday 7th August, surrounded by their close family and friends. The show first ran from 2002 to 2009, when Ant and Dec thought they would ‘rest’ the show and do other things.
