The game board depicts the council itself, in stunning detail, and has space for cards from the main three elements of the game – the depths, the council, and the court. The Senate Chamber will be created as an inverted pyramid, with five cards at the top, four cards under that and so on. At the beginning of your turn, you may choose to pay one Pearl to add a Lord to the furthest empty space away from the Lord deck in the Court.
