The product is pretty good, it does reduce sweat drastically. I applied this nightly for the first 2 weeks and then every other day since and am now enjoying dry underarms for the first time in a few years since I stopped using similar products due to the irritation and interruption with sleep that they caused. It's uncomfortable. T-shirt pits are wet so everytime you move your arms you feel this awful wet patch. It made me self conscious, and after a while you can smell yourself. If you use decent deodorant etc you can kinda smell that. But I honestly couldn't tell if the smell was good or bad anymore.

Well it's nearly a month later and we are both more relaxed now and our wardrobes are starting to become home to a riot of exotic and bright colours, I am even wearing RED as I write this, for the first time EVER. I have tried all kinds of solutions for my horrendous under-arm perspiration and nothing has worked. I have been cursed by it since my teens, so basically I mostly wear white or really dark shirts and my perspiration destroys them, never mind the feeling of wetness that I have lived with all these years, and the huge sweat patches that are so visible - I am now 47.

I apply it as advised, wash my armpits the next morning thoroughly. Usually, there is a little sensitivity on the gentle skin on the outside part of my armpits to which I sometimes then apply just a little bit of some rich baby cream, and need to do that mostly only after the night of application. The itchy feeling disappears the same day.Never quite believing the 5 day protection claim anyway I was still pleased and applied it again that night and once again arrived at work with a dry under arm, plus I stayed dry after my walk home even though it was 26 degrees outside!!

After buying numerous products over the years claiming to stop sweat patches appearing on your clothing, I bought this hoping for a good result but not really expecting much, well it actually works! I have waited a week to write this review to see how I got on with the product. I’ve struggled for years with sweat patches, tried every method and product known to man and nothing has every worked, until I tried this! 100% The best around! I have to wear a shirt for work everyday and following the instructions I am yet to have a single damp patch on any shirt. I have used this product for over a year now and wouldn’t be without it now! This stuff works! I’m in a shirt all day and as soon as I put my shirt on no matter what product I used no matter the weather outside I get sweat patches almost right away. As for scent, well it doesn’t really have one. So if you use this on armpits, you may want to spray the rest of yourself with a fragrance, just not over this stuff. It takes a few minutes to dry, so follow the instructions and use it before bed at night so it’s perfectly dry for getting dressed in the morning.While this isn't something I drop in to conversations with people I meet for the first time, I do think it can add to the pressure of being in a warm social environment and when making introductions or presentations etc. Let me tell you a little story; I have suffered from hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating) since my teens and I have tried *everything* to combat it as well as the BO that comes with it. I've tried OTC and prescribed meds with mixed results. They either don't work at all, or the the sprays stings like hell and is unbearable to use. Good Question! Unlike regular antiperspirants, which often only keep moderate sweating and odour at bay for a short time, Perspi-Guard® Maximum Strength Antiperspirant was originally created to help control the medical condition known as Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) it has a clinically proven efficacy, and only requires application 1-2 times per week to remain sweat and odour free. Despite being specially formulated for excessive sweating, the formula can be used on all normal skin types and levels of perspiration. Who can use Perspi-Guard® Maximum Strength Antiperspirant Spray? Absolutely not! We are against testing on animals that goes for this product and the rest of the Perspi-Guard® range that you can shop here. Does Perspi-Guard® really work? I have tried to apply this product at varying times and situations. Their claim that this only tends to work at night appears to hold up. It does work if you apply in the morning but nowhere near as effective as when applied at night - do not apply this in the morning unless you really need emergency and immediate protection because it will not be as good. I have also found that the more you apply, the more effective and longer this will last (without sounding like stating the obvious too much) I would spray 5-6 times on each underarm which will allow me 3-5 days protection though you can feel by the 5th day, this gradually loses it's hold, it still stops the sweating. I have also found that showers and shower gels do not seem to effect the product and in fact if you have regular morning showers, it seems to boost the effectiveness compared to not washing under arms (I am not sure how this works but it definitely does for me)
