I LOVE these pads. Seriously. I love them so much they are now my go-to baby shower gift for breastfeeding moms. When my milk came in I got incredibly engorged... It was painful. I threw these babies in the freezer and they provided much needed relief! As soon as they warmed up, I would throw them in the freezer again and use them as soon as they were ready. SO much better than using frozen peas ;)

I loved these for use before and during pumping as they helped increase my milk flow. Microwave (20-25 seconds), pop in my bra for a few minutes, remove and wrap around the pump flange and then start pumping. These stayed in place while pumping without having to hold them in place.I rinsed these in the sink after every use and hand dried if using frozen or air dried if using hot. Plugged ducts: apply heat therapy and gently massage the affected area between and during feeds to help the milk flow. It is recommended that Thera°Pearl™ 3-in-1 Breast Therapy is applied for 20 minutes at a time, as per medical advice. Once used, it can be cleaned with a mild soap, detergent or alcohol. Lastly, I've had a few plugged milk ducts, these pads heated up + a pumping session + massaging the duct = no more plug! It has worked every time first try for me.

Not as soft as other hot/cold breast products but easy to clean, stays warm, easy to use while pumping. Don't stay cold for long after inserting into bra.

Help you achieve let-down

These do not stay hot/cold for that long, around 15-20 minutes I’d say. Therefore only practical for using during the day when you can reheat often with the microwave and I rarely use it for cold therapy I’ll explain why below. For heat: Not so good during the night (who wants to visit the kitchen multiple times at night). I do use the felt cover for heat and it feels soothing while it lasted. STORAGE AND DISPOSAL Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight. Before each use, clean with mild soap, detergent or alcohol. After use, store in an airtight plastic bag at room temperature out of direct sunlight, or in a freezer. Mastitis: apply heat therapy to help the milk flow and relieve symptoms.
